We only accept return/exchange items according to the following standards
and conditions
- All returns should fall within a 30-day window from the date your order was shipped.
- Please ensure that clothing is returned in its original product packaging.
- Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and should not undergo any dryer cycles.
- We cannot accept items with deodorant marks, stains (from makeup, self-tanner, etc.), or any form of glitter, powder, skin cells, or foreign matter, as these will be declined.
- Clothing displaying snagging or pilling will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- An abnormal smell, whether from perfume, body odor, or similar scents, will disqualify the item from being returned.
- All garments must be complete, with no missing components such as bra pads or drawstrings.
- Returns with excessive wrinkling will regrettably be subject to denial.
Standard delivery usually takes around 4 - 7 business days.

We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging can not be accounted for. Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs. Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
